"Under Angel Wings Care Home Assisted Living facility is hands down the absolute BEST care home in Arizona! My mom was in the hospital for a while, then went to Hospice of the Valley (HOV) and then she needed to be transferred to an assisted living care home and HOV recommended my mom to go to Under Angel Wings. I met with the owners, Michael and Dolly Castillo, and explained all the care my mom would need and I had such good vibes from them and they stated that they would be able to take care of her. I am happy to say that Michael and Dolly and their amazing staff go way above and beyond the call of duty to provide my mom with the utmost compassion, warmth and kindness in taking care of her. My mom has dementia and she is also bedbound so she requires a lot of extra care such as preparing her meals and helping her eat, giving her medication, bathing, changing her clothes daily, laundry, toileting, grooming and assistance with the activities of daily living. "We had to move our family member for lack of care and breach of contract. Apartments are nice. They do not clean. They do not perform contracted work. They do have a German roach problem. Food looks not-so-great. They do not make sure the tenants interact with others. They do not make sure the tenants' apartments are cleaned as they should (Once a week laundry and cleaning was included but not done). Spend a little more and go elsewhere." - D… Read more
