My wife has resided at Memory Care at Sage Glendale for several months. Her incoming transition was difficult, as might have been expected. but the staff, especially Thomas, the Director, could not have been more helpful. He understood my wife's anxieties from the start, and assured me that he would oversee her comfort. In the first weeks my wife was confused, not sure why she found herself in a new home. But the staff, so considerate and warm, made her achieving her comfort much easier. Her idiosyncrasies were responded to, and she was gently guided towards the many activities and pleasures of living at Sage Glendale. My experience of the staff is that they are always ready to help, and smile often as they do their work. They got to know my wife quite quickly, and they seem to understand her, even in the confusion of her dementia. Geraldine is one of the med techs who frequently help out. Ditas is also always solve problems and seek solutions.
