Senior and Memory care facilities should be clean, safe, employ competent ,caring staff and conduct themselves in a professional manner. If you want that for your loved one I'd would not choose this facility. To be direct and brief I'll just state the following; Within one week of our advanced dementia- affected loved one moving in the caretaker staff went from two employees to one on the day shift , calls to the administrate staff , two individuals , took days to be returned about this concern. We had other instances of calling the facility repeatedly, 10 times, and no one answering the phone .The one caretaker told a family visitor our call to the administrator got her in trouble. Caretaker #1 disappeared and a non-English speaking caretaker arrived. No communication from those in charge and a caretaker that cannot communicate with the new hospice staff assigned to our loved one. Our loved died and we had to call the staff to inform them. No calls were ever returned.
