Reviews of Northridge Place are predominantly positive, describing a clean, bright, homelike community where residents appear happy, safe, and well cared for. Visitors and families frequently praise the kind, caring, and helpful staff, pleasant atmosphere, welcoming presentation, and wide range of amenities. Residents can choose from multiple meals, activities such as bingo and church services, exercise facilities, a sauna, and salon services when available. Several reviewers say their loved ones enjoy their rooms, which are roomy, clean, and accessible, with features such as walk-in closets and pocket bathroom doors. Families also commend the community’s responsiveness, care quality, and ability to support people with Alzheimer’s or changing health needs. Some describe Northridge as a true home and strongly recommend it. The main concerns involve inconsistent housekeeping, including delayed cleaning and bedding changes, and occasional difficulty maintaining apartments. One family felt staffing levels were inadequate and that concerns persisted despite discussions with staff and management. Staff turnover was criticized, and one review described the director as uncaring. Meal quality is generally viewed favorably, especially breakfast and lunch, but some evening and weekend meals are considered unappetizing; alternatives are available. Staffing shortages have also affected access to salon services. Pricing is described as reasonable by one reviewer, though another found it somewhat higher than a previous facility. Overall, the reviews portray Northridge as a welcoming community with compassionate care and strong resident satisfaction, while suggesting that housekeeping, staffing stability, management responsiveness, and some meal services could improve to maintain high standards for every resident.

We have had a great experience with Tiffany Court, but I agree with the other review; the price for a studio room is about $7000/month, not the amount listed on this site.
