"We went too visit my girlfriend sister at this place. It was a nice facility but the service is not what you would expect. We stayed for about 2 to 3 hrs and no one ask if she needed to use the restroom, is she ok, is cold, can i change the channel did not offer water while we were in the sun. She had to ask to go outside. They layed on the couch. There English is not good somethings we think they don't understand what was being said. They have no nursing skills if they did they would understand that the boot for her foot is to go on before bed so that the foot doesn't turn in on it self. Her wrist splint help keep the hand from turning in. They put them both splints in the closet we put on the wrist splint. If things have not changed when I return I well notify the ombudsman." - Andre…
