He does not hold the nursing staff accountable for bad and neglectful care . Training of the staff is lacking. "This facility appears to look nice and well managed from the outside looking in, but it's staff in Memory Care ignore residents and their needs. The management pretends to care about your concerns, but they do very little about making changes that actually work. The food is not good and well thought out for elderly folks who have difficulty chewing due to dentures or missing teeth.
