Devonshire Acres a 119-bed eldercare facility consisting of 84 Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation beds, with a mix of private and semi-private rooms, 25 assisted living units, comprising both private studios and shared living units, 12 retirement apartments, including which studio, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments. The 55,430 square foot building, consisting of one story, is located on a 10.0-acre parcel of land. The building was constructed in three phases, the first of which was completed in 1979. Additional wings were added in 1983 and 1989. A small garage is located on the east side of the Facility. It has been under Chancellor Health Care management since March 28, 1994.
