My mom stayed here for a year and a half and it was nothing but problems. Cold food, overnight pendant response times can be 2-3 hours, not getting everyone out of their rooms during a fire drill, no sanitizer in the entire facility for four days, elevator(s) broken for four months straight, the bus and car didn't work for weeks at a time, lost laundry, etc. The dining room is a complete disaster. They run out of entrees within 5 minutes of the dining room opening, and the food is way too salty. The residents have spoken up about this numerous times. However, nothing changes. They served hamburgers and didn't have ketchup on more than one occassion. Hamburgers served on bread, not buns. And, there's a Kroger/Publix within walking distance. A grilled chease sandwich served without the cheese. They run out of coffee cups, lids, creamer, iced tea, bread, desserts, you name it. And, it's constant. The response is always the same- "it didn't come on the truck this week."
