"My loved one has dementia. I cannot say enough about the kindness and competence of every person who works in this assisted living facility. This place is far above the other 5 assisted livings I looked at, and completely superior to the one she lived in a few years ago where the main aide raised her voice and was impatient a lot. They are kind and respectful here. My loved one has had a long history of urinary tract infections (UTI). A UTI made her prone to falls, seizures, or increased confusion. People underestimate how much a UTI can have so many medical complications in the elderly. She had a long history of UTIs before coming here because she was not able to adequately clean herself if she wet herself or pooped. She didn’t have the help she needed. Here she is kept clean and dry, well fed, and medically cared for by a good doctor who goes to the facility. A extra plus is that this facility is certified to take Medicaid waivers.
