Assisted Living, Memory Care

"I do want to preface this review by saying we did encounter some great aides/medtechs during the short time our family member (FM for short) was there. But overall, the experience was AWFUL! And it was all seemingly due to leadership/direction provided by administrator. There were times of understaffing/high turnover, but we know that is an issue at most, if not all, facilities. I can see why people don’t stick around here. In less than 8 months, the community relations person, clinical coordinator, RSC and several aides we dealt with all left. Our FM was in the memory care wing since they had dementia and we were told this facility had “specialize dementia care”. HA! What a joke. There are phone calls and emails to the administrator from OCTOBER 2025 that have STILL gotten NO response. Our family member was there well into 2026! LOL. Plus, there were never ANY meetings about our FM- not about care plans, not about moving rooms, NOTHING." - T…
