Mother Of Perpetual Help Residence

From $4,911/mo

7609 Watson Road, St. Louis, MO, 63119
Assisted Living

"I have been dealing with Mother of Perpetual Help for 4 years. Since this was a Catholic owned nursing facility our family felt this was a good facility for our mother. This was the worst decision we ever made. Not only are they extremely under staffed but there is only a handful of caring people working there. The memory care facility is horrible. All they do is make the residents come into the main room and sit so the help can keep an eye on them while the staff sits and uses their phones ignoring the residents. They throw everyone’s laundry in together and all my mom’s clothes were given to someone else or lost. She would have clothes that did not belong to her or fit her. No matter how many times you reported this issue nothing was done. My mom would sit in a soiled depend for hours causing a sore on her bottom. I witnessed an aide yelling at my mother in the bathroom because my mom did not understand something due to dementia. This is a horrible place. STAY AWAY!!!!!!" - Diana…
