I’m deeply disappointed with the way my relative has been treated in this facility, particularly by the executive director & the upper-level administrative staff. There has been ongoing neglect and a noticeable lack of compassion or accountability from those in charge. When concerns are brought up, they’re often brushed off or inadequately addressed, which is incredibly frustrating and disheartening for families who are just trying to advocate for their loved ones. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the floor staff, nurses, aides, and other day-to-day caregivers, have generally been kind and attentive. It's clear that they care and are doing their best with limited support and leadership. Unfortunately, their efforts are overshadowed by poor management and a culture at the top that seems to lack genuine concern for residents' well-being. I hope the administration takes a hard look at the way they operate and makes serious changes because the people in their care deserve better
