"I put a $3000 deposit down for a room for my dad in on the 18th of June. On the 22nd, after realizing that my dad was no longer interested in moving there, I contacted Jessica W. for my refund. She first told me that it would be refunded through my card and be completed the middle of the next week. When I contacted her on July 1st, she told me that they would have to send me a check and it would be another week. I contacted her again on July 9th asking to be put in touch with someone else. Then Brooke M. emailed a receipt and said that everything was taken care of. On July 21st, still waiting for my refund I contacted Brooke via email asking for an update, and again on the 28th, and have not received a response from her since.
