"My mom was a resident in the memory care unit for 2 1/2 years. It was fine at first but they have a lot of staff turnover. The said they staff based on the needs of the residents but they never increased the staffing when the census increased and the needs of the residents increased. The activities calendar is all for show. They don’t have organized activities in the memory care unit. They have an ice cream parlor but they don’t ever use it.
