"After developing an infection in the mesh of a post prostate surgery hernia, I was in & out of the hospital, & another skilled care facility. I was not getting scheduled for surgery to solve the problem. The surgeon at Danville, was even calling my wife to see why the surgery wasn't getting scheduled. I was home for 6 days, all summer. I refused to go back home when I was being discharge from another facility. I was able to get into Juniper. When I got there, I really had given up. After being at Juniper for a couple of days, my attitude started to change, and I felt like I might be able to come out of this situation. All of the staff was very helpful, & kept my spirits up. All of the nurses, doctors, other staff, aides were very good. Sam, was on the phone daily to Danville, and got my surgery scheduled. Good bless him.
