Morningside House of Collegeville

From $3,984/mo

1421 South Collegeville Road, Collegeville, PA, 19426
Assisted Living, Memory Care

"I would have given it six stars if possible. Everyone involved from initial tour to move-in, and after have been superb. We were treated with friendliness like family, professionalism, courtesy and respect. Lindsay, backed up by Audrey, answered all our e-mails in timely fashion with information requested. Gale was transferring from a poor short-term rehab. Melissa went above and beyond to do her initial assessment, coming in on her day off and her birthday to expedite transfer. Severe snowstorm in Delaware threatened transfer, but Morningside volunteered a driver to go down and pick her up if I was uncomfortable driving. I was ok driving, but greatly appreciated the backup plan. Kellee completed the check-in procedure with Gale, and made her feel welcome and at ease with all the paperwork. Treatment by everyone since check-in has continued to be excellent. I could go on and on, but I just wanted public to know how pleased we are with Morningside House. Highly recommend it to" - Ralph…

Woodbridge Place

From $3,990/mo

1191 Rapps Dam Road, Phoenixville, PA, 19460
Assisted Living, Memory Care

"Don't put your family member at Woodbridge. Mother was there for 4 years. In short, this facility suffers from a bad case of "Who Cares?". I'm a realist and I understand the difficulty of operating such a facility. But there was just something wrong with this place as far as attitudes went. My father also went thru AL/Dementia and the facility he was in was just head and shoulders above Woodbridge. Most of the problem emanates from a lack of care and lack of skills at the top of the organization. In 4 years there were at least 5 different "Executive Directors". They all know they won't be there long, so won't tackle any real issues. Everyone below them knows they won’t be there long so the lax behavior becomes the norm. The Director also appears to report to absolutely nobody. Their boss is unfindable. Thus the Director is bullet proof. No boss = bad performance. You can do a lot better at plenty of places in this area for the same budget." - Ronald…
