The reviews provide a mixed perspective on various senior living communities, with a particular focus on Green Hills Manor. Many reviewers express satisfaction with the staff's accommodating and caring nature, highlighting the supportive environment and quality care provided to residents. Green Hills Manor is praised for its friendly atmosphere, excellent food, and top-notch medical care, making it a preferred choice for some families. However, there are concerns about the memory care section's limited number of residents and the facility's traditional nursing home feel, which some found chaotic and not peaceful enough. Several reviewers appreciate the cleanliness and reasonable pricing of the communities, though some mention hidden costs and limitations in services. The layout and room amenities, such as the absence of private bathrooms, are points of contention for some visitors. While some families find the community a perfect fit, others feel it is too small or not conveniently located for visits. Overall, Green Hills Manor receives commendations for its supportive staff and the convenience it offers to families with loved ones in different care levels. However, potential residents are advised to carefully review contracts to avoid unexpected costs and to ensure the community aligns with their expectations for an active or peaceful environment. November 2022

I have been a resident of The Heritage of Green Hills for a number of years, and have had a lot of positive experiences. While no community is perfect and they seem to be struggling to find workers, I have generally found the staff to be helpful and friendly, the food to be good, and a decent calendar of activities.. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to retire.
