"Beautiful community but very poorly managed. My mom lived here for over three years. Terrible turnover, high agency, nurse usage, and very inconsistent.. You don't get what you pay for. We finally moved my mom to a community a mile away and it was 100% better. I only wish we had done this a few years ago. Capstone seems to be a community that simply tries to add value to their bottom line so they can sell it to the next buyer. They are focused on cutting costs and adding revenue. "My experience with this facility was horrible. The administrator Danette Wilson ran the facility in a very unprofessional manner. My family member was there for a little less than a year. We had to go through the courts to Get to talk to them and visitation had to be court ordered. There was also a court order that it would be in the best interest of Our family Member that they be moved to another facility , which we desired. After they were moved to their present facility they were asked if they were happy there or would they rather go back to The Meadows.
