"The facility is clean which is deceiving. We had so many med mishaps from marking meds given that they were out of to continuing to give a blood pressure medication that the manager told me they had removed from the med list as well as not following medication instructions. Many safety issues as well which increased the fall risk. They lack proper training of their staff as well as accountability when they negligently do things wrong. They advertise to dementia patients but then do not know the proper ways to interact with them. I would never recommend this facility to anyone!!" - Molly…
