February 2024

Lakewest changes with each administrator,in the last year I have been miserable because of mail theft, medication problems, loss of personal property on return from CCU hospitalization, no help with laundry, the attitude of office staff, which has changed frequently. Most frustrating is that these issues go ignored or have negative reactions. Any complaints are met with (snide and/derogatory remarks. Mail theft is a serious crime and being ignored is illegal and therefore condoned by management which some employees aren't qualified for the management positions, mail theft is a federal crime.
