They moved in October 26 of 2023 and received a letter of notification that their rent would be increasing January 2024. The director promptly left for his cruise vacation and was gone for 12 days leaving residents concerned about their increases and budgets. They are frustrated, angry and upset, and they have every right to be. TM has our investment money, if I had it to do over again, I would read every letter of their contract.
