Located in a residential neighborhood, this quant 15 bed facility provided the outstanding personal care for our Aunt that we sought and wanted. On our regularly weekly visits, we observed the interactions between staff members and all the residents. They treat each resident as if he or she is their own grandparent. They do the little things that make a difference: bending down to look in their eyes as they speak to them, ensuring they always have a glass of water at hand, and escorting them to each meal or delivering the meal to their private room are just a few examples. The early morning our Aunt passed, one of the night staff members went the extra mile to comfort her by staying beside her and holding her hand as she took her last breath.
