"This place is so awful! If you value your loved ones health and safety and want the best for them, then avoid this place completely! The health and safety of the residents in the place is never a priority. We've reported them multiple times to the state and no one has ever done anything. Obviously the state ombudsman doesn't care about the residents in this facility either. The residents in the memory care unit are completely left alone with no employees around. Multiple residents have experienced injuries and needed hospitalization for unknown reasons. The problems in this place are systemic, they start at the top with the owner and trickle down through management and beyond.
