"The staff that give direct care to my mother are unfailingly kind and seem to manage her care well. The activities department are also as helpful and do their best. I think the food is quite good, and the dining room is very responsive to resident feedback but the management is atrocious! The new director never has responded to my emails and the new facilities managemer has been downright unpleasant, falsely accusing me of taking home the comforter from her bed. the staffing shortages are severe. I don't know how the employees who give direct care manage as well as they do. i believe the parent company transforming age is just trying to get as much money as possible out of the place for as little effort and that is the reasons for the problems. The facility is currently in lockdown for a contagious gi illness outbreak and i know of no communications about the status of the lockdown since the initial letter 3 days ago, where they promised to keep families informed." - CECILIA…
