"This facility should not be in business. The day practical nurse refused to give me pain medications which were ordered by the Dr.s. Her reason, she didn't think I was in pain. Her judgement rather than the Doctor's orders of every 4 hours. They were assistants. The certified PT would come in the room to get me than turn me over to the assistant. That way she could say a PT worked with me but never did.The assistant did not know how to run the stepping machine, another assistant gave me a bag of ice for my injury and then went home and that was her idea of therapy, and it goes on. I was given one bath in the week and a half I was there which was suppose to be twice a week. Someone from the kitchen staff, I presume, asked what things I liked to eat but I never saw any of those foods." - Gloria…
