They seem to be so impersonal, dirty, smelly and too many patients to nurse care. I was told about a resident home care through a nurse that led us to Zara and her team. We checked out the facility and were pleased to see a very nice, clean and only 6 patients to tend to. My mother was treated with love and compassion for over 3 years.
