"This place is the poorest excuse for an assisted living facility as possible! Everything about this facility is of the poorest quality and care imaginable. The house is a nightmare…very tiny rooms, dark and dingy with a strong stale odor constantly present. My sister was placed in an “attic”…the top level of this house in a room that was dark and dreary with no air flow or light. Her bed was a mattress on the floor because they said she kept falling out of bed. To get to her room you needed to climb a rickety set of stairs that anyone with any balance issues would surely fall. All of the residents sat in front of a small tv in the living room looking like zombies. Dinner was at 4:00 and then everyone was sent to their rooms for the night. There was never any music, communication or socialization…the whole atmosphere was out of a horror movie. I plan on talking to the Baltimore Health Department about the deplorable conditions.
