"Lutheran Life Villages on Anthony Blvd., Fort Wayne,IN The Director of the Dietary dept., needs to be fired. She has no clue on how to manage a healthcare facility. The menus is very repetitive. She doesn’t listen to the residents complaints at the resident council meetings. The residents don’t care for the soups. My mom has said that this director keeps saying menus are going to change with new dishes. Yet to happen. Christmas dinner last year was a disaster! Everything seems to be getting worse and worse.
