"The cleaning services available leave much to be desired. When you are told, in writing, “deep cleaning every other week”, I would expect that it means refrigerator, sink, vacuuming, bathroom sink and toilet and floor, blinds and under the bed at the very least. I have pictures showing that the vacuuming hadn’t even been thoroughly done for over 6 weeks! The blinds hadn’t been cleaned for at least the 7 years my mom’s been in the room, the ceiling still has black dirt/dust on it from the vents that I also cleaned the cover on that was black with dirt. Not to mention the refrigerator that had a defrosted freezer with water everywhere and a dirty mess for 4 weeks even though I reported it 3 times. I now bring my own vacuum and cleaning supplies and clean myself including making the bed and laundry. I am also paying an extra $640 per month for level 2 services I have now found that my mom does not need but was wrongly told she does. I was told she needs help eating, with: totally wrong!" - Barbara…
