"Our experience is with the Memory Care or "Legacy" unit of Cypress Pointe in Englewood, Ohio. Cypress Pointe is part of Trilogy Health Services, a mega senior care company based in Kentucky. We moved our loved one in with high hopes but were very disappointed with the results. More money does not equal more care. Big talk is worthless if no action is taken. Little to no physical activites had a negative impact on our loved one and we found the staff and management lacking the skills to handle the challenges of dementia. Physician care could've been more direct instead of relaying messages through facility staff.
