"One star is too generous. Response time for nurse is far too long. My family member is a resident there and has been left in bed, in soiled clothes for extended periods of time. His meals are delivered but not within reach. He has use of only one side. Needs assistance in cutting food - does not get that. Rarely does anyone in the nurses station answer the phone. When they do, they claim an emergency has taken place. Administrator is condescending and makes threats to fire employees to make it sound like she will take care of matters. Says incidents will never happen again, they continue. Says she will personally check in, has not. No where to turn for help ?!?!" - Debra…
