"This facility has a revolving door on it! My mother has been here only for 18 months and there have been three different administrators hired. There are very few staff there that were in place a year ago. The wages are poor and the raises are insulting. When someone comes in who cares about the community of residents and wants more for them, they are met with negativity and indifference by the ownership. After three years of ownership, there are still cheap plastic corrugated signs stapled over the previous outdoor signs. The dedicated staff tries but is met with little or no appreciation by the higher ups. They burn out fast and leave. Those who stay are exhausted and over worked. This facility is strictly transactional. The corporation is more interested in acquiring more facilities than taking care of the ones they already own." - Diane…
