"The community has gone severely downhill in last ten years. They have ongoing financial mismanagement at staffing and administrative level. They can not keep a chef for more than a few months and this has gone on since the pandemic - current kitchen head is not a chef but was a kitchen helper. The food quality is poor and tasteless. Most of the staff are youngsters in high school or college, and with a huge turn over in general. They can’t keep main staff. Waste: needlessly spend money eg snack bar room (they already had one) during the pandemic when labor was prohibited expensive. Right after completion, it was closed and dismantled. The place went unpainted for years - once they did, they chose to change out 3 floors - from hallway art work they all enjoyed, to modern that every resident now hates. They even had to pay to remove all the old art, and install the new (which is now placed badly). The feel went from warm and inviting to cold and sterile. All these needless costs.." - Pam…
