The community itself is really nice, they have kept the community looking so nice and fresh. "This place is OK for seniors that are able to be more independent. For those that require more supervision or care, I would have to say there is insufficient staffing. It’s really hard to manage seniors who require more assistance at this facility due to the minimal staffing they have. Their objective is to get everybody into the same room, kind of like a classroom so that they don’t have as many staff members to supervise the residence. They tell you what you wanna hear but then come up short with regards to providing the care and supervision required. What I learned most is that the caregivers are not allowed to call 911 in an emergency. In fact they have to call a med tech from another building.
