"The memory care here is horrible. Alzheimer’s requires constant attention and they only have 2 people on duty during the evening and about 5 during the day. We had to hire our own private caregivers to make sure my mom had acceptable care. The food was barely edible, these people can’t cut things, or feed themselves most times. It looked like the leftovers from assisted living or independent living. These poor people can’t complain! The only exception we experienced were the nurses who were always willing to help, but the woman in charge is clueless and invisible.
