1611 Winners Circle, Middleburg, FL, 32068
Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living

"Our mom moved here from an independent living apartment in Gainesville to be closer to me. We loved visiting her, staff were always friendly. Mom enjoyed her stay here. When her dementia worsened, she moved into the Memory Care unit and received excellent care. No place is ever going to be perfect and staffing shortages are everywhere in this industry, but we always felt she was cared for with love and dignity. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I would highly recommend you look here. Mom passed last month and I miss her terribly but I also miss going to visit with her Canterfield family. Couldn't have found a better place for her to live." - Linda…

"Do NOT move your parent to Harbor Chase. The head nurse is rude and doesn’t care about anything but a paycheck. The Director * never returned my calls and kicked my mom out because she needed more care than their lazy staff could handle. Then they had the audacity to nickel and dime us when she moved out after only being there a month. We were charged for carpet and other ridiculous charges and left to find another place for my mom to live. Luckily, we found a place that is ALOT more affordable and has great care." - B…
