"Do NOT move your parent to Harbor Chase. The head nurse is rude and doesn’t care about anything but a paycheck. The Director * never returned my calls and kicked my mom out because she needed more care than their lazy staff could handle. Then they had the audacity to nickel and dime us when she moved out after only being there a month.
