"In the last year, the people that live here full time have noted the following: 1. Safety and security lacking. Limited enforcement, if any enforcement, on no trespassing rules. No one to monitor who comes and goes on the property after 6 p.m. No cameras in halls and elevators. Pendants don't always work. 2. Maintenance of buildings is constant. we can get no answers as to why the numerous firings happen, NDA's? Morale of many in staff is extremely low. yet management is saying nothing. 3. It appears guests have more rights than the paying customers. Overstaying their welcome by weeks/months at a time with two-day intervals of absence to meet the guest rules. 4. Servers in the dining area, who work long hard hours, get called in on days off have concerns for their jobs. Many have two jobs but are always upbeat toward the residences and all know everyone by first name. 5. Leadership too busy taking credit for other's hard work.
