Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living

"Our family member is happy and safe at The Residence at Five Corners. There are many positives about the wonderful staff, caring community, kind friends, great team of nurses, OTs, PTs, and Speech Therapists! A few of her complaints are about the food quality/meals, which went downhill when they lost two wonderful chefs and those positions have not yet been filled as of Nov. 2024. When she first moved there, the food was great! Communication is an area that needs improvement. This is another reason why I cannot give it a five star. The residents look out for each other and care about each other, which I truly appreciate. It is a warm and welcoming environment. It’s an expensive place, but worth the great care and trust for your loved ones. Before locking in to any place for your loved one, take a tour, talk to residents, ask staff questions, and be open about your concerns. If you are not comfortable with the answers, move on to a place that best fits your loved ones needs!" - Marcy…
