180 Main Street, Walpole, MA, 02081
Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living

"I've lived at New Pond Village going on five years. There are porches and patios, nice views, and most of all, nice people. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the residents are very friendly as well. We have a beautiful library, common area, terrace level that has been renovated. I and others lived through the renovations. It was hard but we survived. The day I moved in, I felt like New Pond was my home. I have no regrets and I have never looked back. If anyone reading this is interested in a tour or a meeting with the sales staff, I'd be happy to talk to you. I think you would be very happy here." - Shirley H.…

"Mom was at Residence of Charles Meadow. They wanted to move her to memory care or she would have to leave. Also mismanagement of medication. The Residence At Five Corners

From $5,890/mo

678 Depot Street, Easton, MA, 02356
Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living

"Our family member is happy and safe at The Residence at Five Corners. There are many positives about the wonderful staff, caring community, kind friends, great team of nurses, OTs, PTs, and Speech Therapists! A few of her complaints are about the food quality/meals, which went downhill when they lost two wonderful chefs and those positions have not yet been filled as of Nov. 2024. When she first moved there, the food was great! Communication is an area that needs improvement. This is another reason why I cannot give it a five star. The residents look out for each other and care about each other, which I truly appreciate. It is a warm and welcoming environment. It’s an expensive place, but worth the great care and trust for your loved ones. Before locking in to any place for your loved one, take a tour, talk to residents, ask staff questions, and be open about your concerns. If you are not comfortable with the answers, move on to a place that best fits your loved ones needs!" - Marcy…

Magnolia Heights Gracious Retirement Living

From $3,615/mo

485 East Central Street, Franklin, MA, 02038
Independent Living

"I have spent a few years looking for a place where my 85-year-old mother will feel comfortable. She's kind of picky about her environment and has moved in and out of a couple of places. She's finally found what she was looking for at Magnolia Heights in Franklin, MA. The layout of the building is great; residents don't have to walk too far to get to the central community areas. Most apartments have balconies. There's plenty of light all around; it doesn't feel stuffy at all. I've shared a few lunches at their dining area and I noticed a good sense of community. The activities director is a fun person to be around and her enthusiasm for her job is contagious. There are plenty of events and activities for the residents to participate in. I especially appreciate that the sales manager actually listens to her residents and projects a warmth that seems so lacking in other professional retirement communities. She's always available to help new residents get used to their surroundings during the difficult transition of moving in. Some retirement communities feel like they're just a place to live. Magnolia Heights feels like a place where my mother can be at home." - Eric…
