"Truly a beautiful place, on the surface. Once you get past the facade you find a toxic environment of persistent staffing issues, attitudes and other issues. There are some great staff members but they are seemingly outnumbered by others that are self serving, self important and don't belong in the field. From staff that abandon their duties without repercussions only to be hired back to staff seemingly incapable of being compassionate choosing to complain about people actually needing assistance or a general inability to function without drama that is more than unacceptable.
