"At one time, this place was THE best in Jefferson City. Unfortunately, over the past 6 or so months, staff turnover has been HORRIBLE and thus the quality of care is suffering significantly. The Primrose director has terminated many of the best employees that were here before she came. These employees cared tremendously for the residents and put the residents first. They have now been replaced with people the Primrose director worked with before. These new people are not loyal to Primrose or dedicated to the residents of Primrose, they are loyal and dedicated to the Primrose director. It is normal to have at least one employee fired every week. We have no doubt that the few "original" staff members that are left are sadly, on borrowed time. To meet State requirements, they are having to use agency workers who have no knowledge of the residents and their needs." - Bob…
