"Independent Living is wonderful. High-end on nearly all fronts. Assisted living is not what it seems. Beautiful on the outside, but very poor care on the inside. The CNAs spend much of their day congregating, talking, or watching television on their phones for literally hours a day. There is no management walking the floor. My parent was there for a number of years, and I watched the care go from acceptable to poor. The rooms are not cleaned properly, and the smell of urine permeates the hall. They have call buttons, but when pressed, someone comes (maybe) within an hour (or longer). Communication with the family is inconsistent, and good luck getting in touch with anyone after 8 pm. My siblings and I visited several times a week, and we never saw the administrator. I don't know whether things are tolerated because of the difficulty of hiring and retaining workers. I hope someone at the Delaney reads this. There are some very good workers, but in sum, major improvement is needed." - Alex…
"Please look elsewhere if you are seeking assisted living or memory care support for your loved one. My father was the first assisted living resident, joining when they first opened in October of 2023. We now have to move him as Delaney is requiring additional one on one care, meaning that we would be paying over $22,000 per month which we cannot afford. They have treated me and my father terribly during this process and fail to follow medical advice as it relates to what is in the best interest of the patient." - Nicole…
