Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living

"This good reputation of this place was an obvious choice for rehab care for mom. She was using a walker when she got there but declined rapidly after arrival. The 2 months there left her with back to back utis & sepsis thus little pt. She’s now home bedridden. Dad arrived there a month ago & has also declined. He never had a problem with going to the bathroom prior to arriving and now they have him in a diaper and he goes constantly all day long. They leave him for very long periods of time after calling for assistance to use the toilet, which he did fine with at home. If he wheels into the hallway because nobody comes he is berated. Today his nurse locked his wheelchair so he could not wheel out for help. When he passed the same nurse in the hallway later he told her he had to use the toilet & she told him to go to his room first and push his button which he did. She again left him waiting and he soiled himself again. They are bullies & his pride is greatly impacted. Never again!!!" - Michelle…
