"*** WARNING**** My Grandparents signed a "Lifetime Contract" with Provision. They loved the space, the people, the food, and care my grandma was receiving in memory care. Now a year later, Story Point is gutting their services to save a penny. The friendly service is gone and the food is terrible with smaller servings (On BBQ rib day the residents were served 1 pork rib). The worst part is, Story Point demanding a new contract which is $900 extra per month on his already stretched income. So much for "Lifetime Contract"... My Grandpa and several other residents are being high pressured into signing new contracts or leave, knowing some of them have no other options. Needless to say, we are now in the process of moving my grandpa to another location to escape this place.
