"I joined Atria Canyon Creek in April 2018 as the Engage Life/Activity Director. In October 2021 I transferred to the Sales Department as a co-Director. I can sell this community without hesitation because I believe in it and the company. We have a great staff who care about each person and only want to provide the best life possible for them. Residents enjoy a great dining experience, a plethora of activities and fitness classes to remain healthy and engaged. Social clubs and opportunities to meet and form new friendships. "Maintenance is a issue or rather a problem. People who live on 2nd and 3rd floor are always facing elevator issue which have been months to get them fixed. Now we have 2 elevators out. Also getting service attendants to stay. the 2nd floor always is losing their servant attendants. I don't even eat in the eating area. I don't have an hour to spend waiting on service and the food it so so. Now we don't have a chef. "Well, expect lots of surprises, and not in a good way. My parents signed a contract October 23 of 2023. They moved in October 26 of 2023 and received a letter of notification that their rent would be increasing January 2024. Their lease agreement terminology is vague and non-specific and so is there letter of notification. The director promptly left for his cruise vacation and was gone for 12 days leaving residents concerned about their increases and budgets. They are frustrated, angry and upset, and they have every right to be. TM has our investment money, if I had it to do over again, I would read every letter of their contract.
