"I recently had the pleasure of visiting Atria Sugar Land and was very impressed with the level of care and attention that was provided to all of the residents. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and friendly, answering any questions I had. The facility itself was clean and nicely furnished, creating a warm and homey atmosphere for its residents. Everyone there works together to ensure that each resident is comfortable and well-taken care of. From the live music during happy hour to the attentive nurse making sure medications are taken correctly, Atria Sugar Land goes above and beyond in providing quality care for its residents." - Nora…

Pegasus Preserve of First Colony

From $2,545/mo

16900 Lexington Boulevard, Sugar Land, TX, 77479

"After living here a couple of years, I became aware of shortcomings. The food is not even equal to a fast food restaurant or even a low quality cafeteria. The menu items are repeated sometimes with the same entree twice in the same week. No one checks on contractor provided services which has led to sub-standard work that does not meet city codes. The new management has made promises which have yet to be fulfilled, such as working machines in laundry rooms." - J K…

744 Brooks Street, Sugar Land, TX, 77478

"Do NOT place your loved one at Landon Ridge. If your loved one exhibits signs of decline, they will not notify you. If the signs become notably worse, they will not notify you. If an ambulance has to be called, they will not contact you. If your loved one declines being taken to the hospital against the advise of EMS, they will not contact you. You will not have the opportunity, when given so many of them, to be informed of the situation until it is too late. The protocols at Landon Ridge are significantly flawed and not followed. We scheduled a meeting with LeAnn and the employee who was working the day of the incident to find out what happened. Plenty of details were shared. It was made clear that they willing did not follow state protocols - or their own. They could not provide a reason for dropping the ball, only a sorry. I was able to collect more information from other sources and put together the full timeline. LR even failed disclose the full story. How can this be acceptable?" - Allison…

Atria Cinco Ranch, Image 1

Atria Cinco Ranch

From $4,350/mo

24001 Cinco Village Center Boulevard, Katy, TX, 77494
Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living

"⭐ 1-Star Review Fake Smiles, Real Neglect – Don’t Trust the Show at Atria Cinco Ranch Atria Cinco Ranch looks good on social media — but don't be fooled. Management is all about fake smiles, numbers, and keeping up appearances, not real care. The people you see in their Facebook posts? Mostly independent residents from the apartments. You’ll rarely see the Assisted Living residents featured — and that’s because they’re not receiving the same level of attention or care. Caregivers constantly come and go. The ones who stay barely do their job when management isn't watching. It’s all a performance. Executive Director Ashley is the worst of it. She cares more about the money than the residents. Ask her to do something hands-on? Never going to happen. But trust and believe — she’ll make sure that bill is paid. If you truly want your loved one to be cared for with dignity, skip Atria." - ANN…
