"My mother was so unhappy there until the day I took her home. The food held no nutrients, activities lacked. Sarita, the activities manager gets praise but does no engagement with the residents. Overall management lacked as well; took nothing seriously, never solved any issues presented to them. Carla, the facility nurse did her job well enough. Nicole, the resident care service person only ever said "ok" and "oh". This is the person we trust to ensure our loved ones are safe and well cared for yet she had ad much compassion as a wet noodle. The Administrator, Kim, is a joke. Tried to intimidate me because I wanted what was promised and what I was paying for in my mom's care plan. Kim lies, breaks rules, tells personal information to her "club", the nurse, resident care person and Sarah.
