"This facility appears to look nice and well managed from the outside looking in, but it's staff in Memory Care ignore residents and their needs. The management pretends to care about your concerns, but they do very little about making changes that actually work. The food is not good and well thought out for elderly folks who have difficulty chewing due to dentures or missing teeth. These are all things that are important to the residents, especially in Memory Care. They promise you daily activities/ events for their residents, but it always appears to only be the AL Residents who can walk there by themselves who attend. Where is the dignity for all people??" - Don…

"John takes absolutely no responsibility for the lack of care in this facility. John blames-the helpless senior mom and dads that are in his care for every thing that goes wrong. He does not hold the nursing staff accountable for bad and neglectful care . Training of the staff is lacking.
