"Please do not place your loved one here. I had a very bad experience after my husband was only there for 18 days. He was brought to the ER for a fall and none of his medical records went with him. The ER physician had no idea what his medical history was, medications , etc. I have also been promised by letter a refund for the days he was not there, and still have not received it. In addition, his room was always messy and dirty so I brought my own cleaner and cleaned every time I visited. I don't feel he had enough supervision.
